My sister found an old pile of recipes we had cut out from Bon Appetit magazine and we decided to try this one. We were both drawn to the sea salt flakes on top of the chocolate glaze and were excited to see how it enhanced the flavor of the caramel center.The full recipe can be found on epicurious.
